This application helps us learn about your household, lifestyle, experience, and puppy preferences so we can make thoughtful placements and puppy-family matches. There are no perfect answers—families, homes, schedules, and lifestyles are different.

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to submit a puppy application. Valid photo identification will be required at the time of puppy purchase.
